• Multi-tenant client management system

• Analytics and conversation tracking
• Embeddable widget for client websites

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Pricing Plans

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Starter: $89/month - Up to 1,000 monthly interactions
• Professional: $149/month - Up to 5,000 monthly interactions
• Enterprise: $199/month - Up to 15,000 monthly interactions

4.2 Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4.3 Usage Limits

Each plan includes a specified number of monthly interactions. Exceeding your plan limit may result in additional charges or service interruption. Contact us for custom enterprise pricing.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Scrape or extract data without permission

6. Content and Knowledge Base

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to your knowledge base. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use all content in your knowledge base. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of your content.

• You should review AI outputs before relying on them

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by AIConnect.chat and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AICONNECT.CHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from AI-generated responses
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIConnect.chat from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service with 30 days notice

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data. We may retain certain data as required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or service notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
